Circadian Modulation of Mood and Alertness — Poster Presentation

Circadian modulation of mood has been documented across several age groups and contexts but are less well documented in early/middle adolescents. This award-winning poster presents novel findings on the trajectory of positive/negative mood, and sleepiness/alertness among early adolescents during a controlled 36-hour ultradian protocol.

This poster was presented at the Sleep 2025 conference in Seattle, WA, and at the University of Pittsburgh Department of Psychiatry Research Day.
