Jewish Education in New York State 2022-2025 — Conference Presentation

This is a presentation containing recently verified demographic and curricular data characteristics of 550 New York State Jewish private schools. It highlights differences in educational approaches and varying degrees of (U.S. federal) educational standard compliance across schools ranging from completely secular to ultra-orthodox/hasidic. It sheds light on the lack of secular education in large segments of ultra-orthodox schools and proposes future approaches to this body of research and education advocacy.
